All orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1 day of payment receipt, provided there aren't any stock shortages or other unexpected delays. Should there be any delays with your order you will be notified via email or phone call.

ACTIVEWEAR:

All orders from the activewear page are delivered within 2 - 4 working days. We do not ship on Sat

urdays, Sundays or public holidays. Once your parcel has been dispatched you will be notified via email.

PRE-ORDERS:

These orders are made to order so manufacturing takes 2 weeks (10 working days). So you should receive your order no later that 12 working days. 

If you are experiencing any complications or delays with your delivery please contact us to follow up with the courier company.  

We stand behind everything we sell. If you are not satisfied with your clothing purchase you can send it back to us for an exchange or a return within 14 days of receipt. Please email sales@cheynadot.co.za for any returns or exchange queries.

If the size you've chosen isn't a suitable fit you will be able to exchange by returning the item(s) back to us using a courier of your choice at your cost. Once items have been received in good condition and unused we will send the replacement item to you at our cost.

Please note our returns policy only covers items that have a manufacturing defect and does not cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use.
